Thats me too. I load until I get pressure signs and then back off until things look right again. Then fiddle with seating depth until they shoot well. If they don't go fast enough I change powder. I...

A chronograph helps alot too.... If your going up in powder increments but getting bugger all velocity, yes you maybe on a node. But also this tends to happen at a max. Combine this with pressure...

Consistent cheek weld and no parallax is not a problem. I've just switched to a VX6 2-12x42 with no parallax adjustment. It wasn't too hard to shoot 0.6MOA group at 550yds.

get a 1-6 or a 2-8 and no parallax and you will be good to go. I wont' be buying another "hunting" scope with parallax adjustment nor over 12 power. I actually like my 2-8 best of all my scopes for...

This ^^^^ for my 6.5TCU realistically I get 2-3 reloads out of a case before the primer falls out. My brass is all formed from once fired .223 pickups. Some brass lasts longer but I also don't...

My main criteria is accuracy and I find a node that gives the best result. I don't chase single hole loads with my budget sporting rifles. I could probably get them better but I know there is little...

For my 7mm mag and 7SAUM I worked up 2 loads. I worked up the long range load and zeroed my scope using that load, a 162 a-max. I then worked up a close range load, 160 or 140 accubond. I tested them...
