I don't think its really dying - I don't think its ever really taken off. Personally I think its going to remain slightly obscure. Not to say its going away anytime soon, but I don't see it becoming...

I do not like to leave crud in the barrel sitting for any long period of time. If its shot every couple of days I would be less inclined to clean it after every shooting as there isnt really any time...

Depending on budget, there are a couple things here that might suit - Sako Hunter (wood blued), with open sights in 22-250 Sako Bavarian (wood blued), with open sights & set trigger in .223...

The 85gr lost 678fps and the 130gr lost only 580fps, so the 85gr is slowing down faster as Tussock predicted. Im sure if you run the numbers from 300-800 or similar we will see what tussock was...

DLW liked post by ChrisW On thread : 7mm mag and 180gr ELDM
Thanks for the info. The reason im considering running a 7RM as opposed to something more exotic is due to the overall cost to play, & availability of brass. I already have a .338lm which has...

Been Upto liked post by ChrisW On thread : Mil/Mil vs MOA/MOA

When I was first trying to learn about MILs it was confusing because most info was written by Americans who use MIL with yards/inches, which IMO ruins its simplicity. (not much of an issue if using a...
