   I have only done a bit of floundering, but I did find old school submersible lights better than the LED version, the more yellow colour of the light seemed to make the flounder easier to see.

   When I first got my Bergara single shot I was having a play, and at one point couldn't get it to break open - then I realised I was working the hammer instead of the trigger guard lever :O_O:

    The 1-day website has safes for sale today, $79 for a 50cm version. I have one that size i got off TM for ammo and bolts and personal bits and pieces. But you may be better off spending $250 or so...

    Yes, they have no safety, but after you load and close it you have to cock the hammer. I use this as a kind of safety by only pulling back the hammer when ready to shoot.

    DPT do a mini-centrefire suppressor for the Bergara, I have one for my 16.5 " 308, it has slightly less length overbarrel so no need to cut the foreend.
