I use ADI powders because they are easy to get. In the 243 I use AR2209 because it seemed to be the most recommended. I use 2208 in other calibres and could have used that instead.

Standing for me, though i sit when weighing powder so that my eyes are level with the scales. I'm usually only loading 10-40 rounds at a time though.

They don't make 2206 anymore, only 2206h. 2206h works in both 308 and 223 so would be worth a try.
