Cheers. I'll have a look on the personal side and see how it works. We've got a line of communication to the guys running it so I can get some feedback on that side of it.

I've had a chat to one of the bosses here who has dealt with the FSA a bit. Our advice is to call them if the gun isn't on the list and ask to give them feedback about it. Unfortunately it seems...

You're well overthinking it. If the online form lets you put a "*" in it then just put the "*" in it and call it a day. I'd even go so far to not even worry about the "*" at all if you can't enter...

You can write whatever you want. It just has heaps of options that can auto complete for you to make it both easier to use and likely easier on their end for entering data etc.

Yup. Just be aware that we still have to record ammo purchases but it's not going onto the Police part, just internal records.

We have to use the online portal. So I can only assume that you will get hit up if buying a firearm from a dealer and then not registering your guns in 30 days.

At least the Dealer side of it is pretty quick and painless. Most of the info auto fills for you. Takes a couple mins at most and done and dusted. Haven't looked at it on the personal side just yet.

Yes, you can. This is outlined on the info page. You can loan a firearm for up to 30 days with no issue.
