    years ago when I got the odd Canadian we only did the breast. I asked the question about the legs and was told they could be a bit stringy and not worth the hassle. I subsequently never tried them...

    I just might need to do this myself. getting a bit fecked off with everything-a decompress may just be in order-it would certainly make it a little cheaper on fuel costs if we car pooled.
