    timattalon its probably because they think they have it perfect and all sorted. As an ex firearms owner he was off the system. Buying flak jackets etc probably bought him into terror watch group...

    WallyR cheers for that. For a 30 cal Ill be looking at a 300 win mag or similar and while it may get fed lighter bullets most of the time it's probably better to set it up for the heavier jobbies...

    I wonder if the extractor spring was giving it grief. Before I replaced mine it would throw a case meters away. Mind you not actually a massive spring but maybe enough to load up the extractor
