   Fair point raised by GC. I moved over almost 20 years ago and found it easier to leave my guns in the old country and get licences/security sorted here before flying back and bringing them over...

    You don't need a 7mm and a .308. Your .30/06 would be excellent as your main hunting rifle, but any standard cartridge in the 7mm to .30/06 range is perfectly adequate. If you did need another...
