I usually have a length of pink flagging tape tied to all my gadgets. Easier to spot things when out of pack, and put back in when done... less likely to go MIA.

190627 Took Bea into the Kaimais for her first hunt today. It was only for a few hours and we didn't see anything but she went really well. She was off the lead and I wasn't sure how she would go....
