    Great idea, the last feral turkeys I shot I did the same thing, minced the lot with some bacon, garlic, breadcrumbs and egg it made the most wonderful turkey burgers.

    I've eaten them a lot. I usually bone the birds out, mince the meat and use it for patties. It's nice and I've always found it to be mild. It is part of the pheasant family ater all... 228975
