   This Bergara is a lovely rifle, but reaming out from 222 to 223 you have an unusual beast a 223 with a 1/14 twist which limits the weight of projectile to 55g tops, perhaps 50g even more suited....

    Light pills in 30cal, the seirra prohunter 125 were cheap and are effective if you keep the velosity down round 2500ish, soft load to shoot as well
