52grn speer HP work well and are cheap and easy to get.dont think 50grn Barnes will stabilise and 45grn getting very light. 63grn Sierra or 60grn Hornady or 70grn speer all work in the 1:14 twist.

I have a lyman, same thing as above I had to buy lyman shell holders as my primers weren’t seating deep enough with the others. Good as gold once I sorted that though
