At the moment the way to go would be an M24 and preferably de-domed. MAXTOCH Sniper M24, Lighter Version of SN6X 2S, AR Lens, Copper LED Base, Longer Shooting Distance-in Flashlights & Torches...

Good result there sparky1000. That is the second rifle I've seen shoot extremely well with Outback (ADI) ammo.

They are good. I'll get ticked off by the troops if I don't bring any home.

That matches well with what we found at the wallaby comp last year. One of the local boys was showing off his new X14 and was blown away when my $10 headlamp well outstripped it.

Yup. The cost of defending your stance would well outweigh the cost of setting yourself up for an E-cat. The uses for a hi cap mag in anything other than a semi would be few.

Interesting. I've never done any scuba and only snorkelled once which would have been over 35 years ago. Now if I can get back just half my lung capacity I'll be quite happy; I used to be able to...

If I do buy flash Harry hunting gear I'll buy it second hand off some other gear junkie for a fraction of new retail. Usually it is in mint condition.

I tend to buy basic gear as it suits me. Looking at old photos and stories the guys were not wearing/using flash specialist hunting gear but still doing the business.
