Deep creek deli in Dunedin was my go to after trying most if the others. Wasn't impressed with outram butchery. I like spicy euro style sausages that isn't that popular with many kiwi's tho.

Links in Dunedin. They do an Organwurst sausage that is by a mile the best snag I have ever tasted. A proper butcher selling high end products. Look them up

This one^^^ . I have had salami done by over 8 different Butchers over the years and the Riversdale salami's are by far the best, they don't have the dry crusty skin around the outside,

I fully rate butchers block in Wanaka. We get a dozen red deer processed per year with them and their salami and beer sticks are top knotch. Both are smoked and have a few different flavors to them.
