As I understand it its just a servo motor. Just sell it and get the GPS version, honestly it's a massive step up. I just set direction, set timer and chuck it in the tide. No holding the line...

Another way I like it is to dry as much moisture as possible out of the bait with paper towels etc then lightly flour, fluffing bait up so evenly coated. Then shallow fry in a butter - oil mix like...
