    I agree with Druid's comments. The bad news is we are 4 million people on the edge of the world and we pay too much for a lot of things in NZ. The goods news is we are 4 million people at the edge...

    Once you start ... you might not stop. I 'enhanced' all my triggers (excluding my Sauer which is an absolute dream out of the box) after shooting a mates rifle. A good gunsmith can do a trigger job...

    Having a bad day? Any rifle in NZ is expensive - the price you pay for living so far away. I love my 10/22, Weihrauch & Browning .22's. You raise a good point - has the quality dropped? 35 years...
