    Thanks, stock is not too bad at 750g but could be lighter. Bottom metal and scope are probably the main culprits weight wise.

    I did something similar to my tikka .223 where I put on a CF stock, lighten this, lighten that but in the end had I have just bought a Kimber .223 I would have had a lighter and cheaper rifle. ...
