Something like this ………. 4-5 hours in the dutch oven, inside the pizza oven. Put a bottle of home brew honey mead in for good measure. Make sure you cut the end off the bone to let the marrow out....

I'm using factory Highland 127gr PSP (now packaged as PU). Shot plenty of goats and probably a dozen deer, including a double, that could have been a triple if I had pulled the trigger on the third...
