I understood you hang by back legs so fluid/blood drains away from rear portion as that’s where the most meat is if it were to go off. I’ve never hung anything from the front legs. Would feel weird...

After boresighting ,I fire one shot at25m then hold rifle real steady and move crosshairs to bullet hole ,good enough for a bush hunt then shoot at 100m later at range to fine tune.
