    Yep, as MD said keep hammering it in the manner described. One other tip is to try find the edges of the habitat types, quite often deer trails and areas of heavy movement are between those edges....

    If it has taken the coating off the lenses, then the only way to fix it is send it back to the manufacturer and for them to fix it they will fit new lenses. There is no way for the average Joe to fix...
