Good one. We regularly feed our "vegetarian" friend with goat. She's a principled girl, but a bit of ethically sourced wild game is OK.

Baby goat ribs. Olive oil, salt, pepper. Cooked hot and fast over a charcoal BBQ, then doused in lemon juice. Has to be one of the best game meats I've ever eaten!

I have the same issue. Anti fog for motorcycle helmets or dive goggles will help, but as a previous poster put, its your temperature that causes the steam. I have improvement (but not 100% solved)...
