A 6x47 L will do the trick. Mine easily did 3080 with 105s. It's a simple job to neck down the parent 6.5.

Yeah my alpine rifle is about the same weight. Longer shots you want a heavier rig for sure. My little kimber is pretty lively and it's only a 6.5 creed. Comfortable enough to shoot still but hops...
