   I've got 3,5 and 10 round mags for my tikkas. When after deer just use the 3 round unless I'm in culling mode then it's the 5 and 10 round mags. But 3 round mags are fine for normal hunting

   My old 18inch 7mm08 was good from 10 meters out to 550meters on fallow and goats with the 162gr pills. Longest was a 602meter shot. Preferred it over my 284 win

   My old 18inch 7mm08 loved the 162gr and 41gr 2208. Tikka with a long action mag and bolt stop. Worked a treat from 10 meter out to 600 meters

    Just remember the ELD-M is pretty much the modern A-Max While the ELD-X is a modern sst without cannilure and uprated BC Projectile thickness and construction is very similar
