If you boy's still want it my shell here is 105mmx370mm. and is stamped 1966. I think is is a standard artillery shell, should have plenty of capacity.

If someone has a stamping machine (as in blacksmith/ironwork) you could flatten a shit load of them out and would make it an easier job.
