It can be internally threaded and an adapter made but it must be done on a lathe with a 4-jaw chuck and clocked true with the bore using a neat fitting spud. Any proper gunsmith should whack it out...

The problem with the 7mm as a subsonic calibre is the twist rate it won't stabilise bullets longer than my 133 HP and the higher velocity is limited by the twist rate to 1700fps it really is too...
