I have a 270win rem700 , 18inch barrel with dpt. 150gr soft points for bush hunting. I’d have no issues chopping one again to 18inch

I have used the previous model for years now and very reliable. Not ultra sharp in low light but a very good rangefinder bino option at the entry level.

Excellent, glass is very clear and image is crisp and bright. Not quite Euro glass standard, but not far off either. Range finder accurate and reliable, way further than I’d ever shoot (hunting)

Personally I go all out on one day missions as a few more grams and bit more bulk really don't matter. A big pink icing boston bun full of butter, fresh fruit, left over cottage pie.... Save the osms...

The 200gr eldx went well in my tikka years ago, hitting steel at 750 yds no issues, the only time I'd used it at longer range (from memory I was using a good load of 2213sc), never tried on animals...

That 165 sako ammo has a bc of .530 so if that's nice and accurate with plenty of practice that will be more than good enough for your mentioned ranges . What length barrel?

Not necessarily. You can have a 'heavy for caliber' (e.g 200 grain .30 cal) bullet made to be round nosed (tangent ogive), straight walled and flat based, and it's BC will be lower than a 168...
