Yeah I've got the rce with 1:7 twist. I've read that the american eagles are just vmax but still can't get vmax hand loads as accurate Cheap hornady and copper coated projectiles only good enough...

No way in hell would I have a Springer as a deer dog, they are way to keen on flushing. Look at a Viszla, Lab or working dog for deer would be my recommendation.
