270 Gibbs is great in 24"+ barrel, will give .270Wby performance, but with more hassle - case forming is an arse, dies are easily obtainable. - More powder used per round - More recoil- - Case...

I also have some of shooternz’s 130gr cast projectiles. Really way to shoot as a subsonic or reduced load. Gets the kids use for the rifle and trigger pull with pretty much no recoil.

I looked at your hand loads mate and I reckon your seating those game kings too deep. They are a longer higher bc projectile than the factory soft points you used as a baseline. Post up some pics...

Greetings Bumblefoot, I may have talked about it in the past, memory is not quite what it was. The .307 Winchester, together with the .356 Winchester were attempts to breath new life into the M94....

Invite me over to shoot one and I will give you a definitive answer! If the animal was late to initiate growth relative to when he rutted he could have just run out of time as it were. Another...

Weirdly the .284 120 NBT is a tougher projectile than the 140 NBT. To make the 120 they use the 140 jacket, but shorten it slightly meaning the 120 jacket is thicker at the tip than the 140. If the...
