Mate shot red hind,we went down to retrieve it,got to within 75 yards looked up and it was standing,shoot it mate said,so I did...two steps toward and saw first hind dead with second hind five yards...

well you asked...... three shots at each powder level..say half grain apart in bigger than 308 sized case and 1/4 grain if smaller.... set your projectile depth to same as other proven or good...

leave em for pigs usually...have eaten a few..makes great jerky...steaks are ok,found roasts bland like lamb...very dark lean meat like hare (which I love) the tails make awesome very very rich...

My wallaby rifle wears a 3x9x50 Leupold as it came with high rings...the 40mmversion works just as well. Never felt underscoped using 3x9.
