    if you feed a .223 with a barnes type projectile going 3000fpsish.....its a horse of completely different colour.....up to about 150 yards it has the goods on reds,at bush ranges a chest shot results...

    put it on,sight it in,go shoot stuff.....it will probably smoke a bit for first few shots (burning off oils in can) it will probably shoot about 3-4" below where it was before...eg using a bore...

    never noticed a difference AT ALL with taking it off then going back on....think about it....IF there was going to be a difference well then you would have to sight in AGAIN EVERY time you put it...
