Have a vx3i CDS on two rifles that have had a lot of use from 10 metres out to 400. From first light to last light and all places in between. They have served us well and there has been no issues....

Water therapy is good if you can gain access to it or go for a swim with him... really good in that it build resistance without impact. Fidos do a green mussell extract powder - pernaflex powder...
