Get a second hand tikka in 7-08 from an Aucklander, the only dirty thing it will have seen is a bit of latte spill on it. And the inside of the barrel will probably be immaculate.

The example we were given in the course was that down might not be a safe direction (ie if you're upstairs), so giving down as the answer was wrong because you were making assumptions.
