   Query on 3. there, it's not the brand I thought that's restricted - it's any two-way radio that's able to be reprogrammed by the user onto any frequencies other than what is approved in the amateur...

    In the thick shit it doesn't matter how fast a shortened 243 goes, it's still a 243. Unless your only hunting Fallow in the Blue Mountains or similar, I'd look at exchanging the least favoured 243...
