    Nice first post and a nice stag, I would be thinking he would be 3-4 year old. Check his eye teeth on the top jaw one on either side, if he was a real old stag they would be worn flat or gone.

    Cracker Buck Brian, I sure wouldn't mind a buck like that. Nice to get out and stretch the legs and get a good haul of meat. There will be some happy campers after dropping off some meat.

    My load with 150 gr Noslar Partition and AR2213SC could only get a bit over 2800 fps, changed to Superformance and 145 gr ELDX and over 3000 fps and good accuracy. That's in a standard barrel Tikka.

    Nice stag bumblefoot, you will have to try hard to better that but that is the challenge and one of the reasons we hunt.
