Maybe a smaller chamber in the fast twist (so more pressure, therefore higher velocity). Probably easy enough to check by dropping a case fired in the Remmy into the X-bolt.

Lots of things could affect it.... The Rem probably has a looser chamber and or more freebore lowering preasure and hence velocities.
