What you could do is buy a RCBS trim die, these dies will put the shell back to factory specs. I used them in 30 06 and 308 when we were using semi autos so we had no issues with tight rounds....

I load that bullet in my 223 and it's a good deer/goat bullet, have used the Belmont stuff years back and it chrono at just about 3000 fps ( 2922 fps), just about the same as my handloads. Good...
