   I tried hunting with a bow back in the mid-90’s. Managed to get a deer, a few goats, the odd rabbits and a few fish. Enjoyed it, but losing arrows was a bit expensive for a poor student.

    Sako L461 made into a 6.5 Grendel. Stug stock, 17" Hardy, DPT, Leupy VX-R. Still weighs 3.5kg all dressed up. Accounted for goats, fallow and reds. Sorry no dead evidence ;) 134847

    I agree. I used the 150gr NBT 30 cal in a 308 Browning BAR when they first came out, they were shite. Under a hundy the BAR was a splatter gun, surface blow ups with fragmented penetration. Certainly...
