I’ve not used them for 6-7 years, but the handful of deer I shot with them in the ruahines, dropped on the spot. As superdiver says, they seem to be very easy to get shooting well.

I’ve been using your old premier on a hunting rifle for years in all conditions and have yet to experience any issues regarding the reticle and it’s visibility.

You obviously havnt used many FFP scopes. Some have heavy target obscuring reticles, but there are loads out there with reticles to overcome that.

Butchering on the hill is not over rated in the right situation. Obviously it’s nice to carry the animal out whole but it’s not always practical. I’d say more meat gets left behind by those who...
