If you can't get 162 a-maxs try the 168gr Berger. I've used both in my 7mm mag and couldn't notice any difference in them.

Yeah I use 168g Bergers with 72g 2225 in a Tikka RemMag, Use the 140g in my Tikka 708 and also very good

+1, spat out of my wsm at 3000fps+ they have nailed everything. They certainly blow up inside the animal but havent even come close to having a surface blow up like people talk about
