For myself it normally a day to walk in and a day walking out, some places it’s two days to get into areas where the numbers are really high, so I just fill up with back steaks from 2 to 6 deer....

How you load it makes a difference too. I usually put meat at the bottom of my pack so any blood doesn’t drip through the rest of the pack. My last trip I put the meat on the top, was much nicer....
