   I'm out often mate. Goal to get a kingy on lures this year. Have shot heaps of the buggers but haven't cracked them on the rod yet

    Looks great man. Lovely warmth to the timber scales. Next one do the blade too! Start with thin-ish stock and it's really not to bad to bevel by hand

    I use wax mainly man, but same as Viper using stabilised timbers. I wax and polish with 0000 steel wool. Gives a nice almost buffed finish that still has a little grip. Danish oil and blo are...
