I have a 19” 300 wsm and love it, has dropped everything on its feet. Originally had it at 21 inches and was getting 178eldx at 2900 happily no problem but I hunt bush most of the time so cut to 19....

yip agree about velvety for the freezer....I have however lined up stag and seen big velvet antler poke out from behind the tree and taken finger off trigger...I would hate to shoot stag in velvet...
