Ive shot a lot of deer with the .243 over the last 50 odd years. The best killing load I ever tried was with the last one. 20" barrel XBolt. Shot dozens of deer with it. 85grn Interbond and N550....

Yes the round count on the .22x47 is reported about 1500 with hot varminting loads. The data I found on .22x47 suggests they get 3750fps with 65gr game kings using 39.4gr of 2209 with a 24" barrel....
