Ok going to try the Speer 160 btsp seems to be same length as the 150 ELD so should get a good case of powder in there. Im old, I like bullets with lead in the front. :thumbsup:

If a 100 grain 6mm bullet is touted as being suitable for 90% of NZ game, what is a120 grain 25 calibre bullet capable of? I would say easily just as much.

I still think more magnification is better. I have 2-7 and 3-9 and a bunny at 100 yds on 7 power is a gimme not so much on 4x shooting a BRNO mod 2 and Browning SA. I would like an Annie though.

Sako 270 finnbear with a 2-7 Leupold scope 2nd hand obviously also a BSA 308 with 2-7 Kahles also not new but could and still shoot shoot very well. Probably a couple of grand for either now so...
