Thats where the tape goes that holds the strip of tape over the muzzle. Gives me at least an extra 400fps as well.

I dont like the sound of that, its almost as though the Police can't solve problems that hard. "Firearm registration and all Police to be armed" sounds much more like they have control.

Lee Speed in 303 Brit, made by Bonehill in the late 1800's I hope. I had better order up a 215 grain mold and find some cases. Be a nice rifle to take hunting.
