    We have had deer in close to residential here in Nelson as well....the problem is not lack of hunters the problem is not legally being able to hunt them due to council land/forestry/private land/hand...

    BBQ'd the wings with a sweet chilli sauce. Used to eat it all the time at Newtons Circus in Singapore. If you use charcoal all the better. Lots of great meat on the wings. To eat it, scrape it off...
