Chokes 1/4 and 3/8. Usually either use 7/8oz of 7's or Winchester Super Pheasant 1 1/4 copper plated 5's (a gold plated load in more ways than one) depending on location

If you want to throw more shot, use a twelve! The 20 really shines in lighter loads. You will find they pattern better Pete as for chokes, what my Y - banger does with 1/4 and 1/2 my Miroku does...
