    My view.....make sure you are a good hunter without a dog first......make sure you have good basic sit/hold/stop (one word for all....sit is sit and is stay and hold and stop if that makes sense)...

    Quintin if you are flying back up to Auckland Just pack the meat into a ploybin and tape it up good. Check the polybin in with your luggage. It will stay cold as during the flight, no worries...
