Got a new load sorted for my 284. 150gr eldx 54 gr 2209 Doing 2800fps out of 19inch barrel. I have changed powder from win760 to 2209 due to getting annoying pressure spikes with the 760....

The road has had maintenance on it over the years fairly regularly, the problem is the 4x4 clubs that go up there on mass convoy and deliberately tear up the road & the surrounding areas along side...

That's a shame to see. I push biked that road on a three speed a few years after it was dozed in (1970 ish). It was in beautiful condition, as you would expect. Water tables all lovely graded etc. ...

I know of a chap who used to pick up roadkill rabbits etc and tie them under balloons and chuck them out and didnt start fishing untill balloons started to pop...burley burley burley..the bloodier...

Loaded some 300 win mag with 150g coreloc's as I'm running out of my usual 150 fusions. At 525 yds they shoot 4 inches lower. I can live with that.

I haven't done any loaded in over six months. Been trying to perfect 1oz 12g slug reduced loads but gave up after things started to feel a little dangerous pressure wise.
