I don’t think there is a common denominator. Each crime is different, I’d imagine most are oppotunistic, rather than planned. Your questions might be better directed at your local AO.

You could really mess with their data entry by using some obscure number system. No where does it say it needs to be alphanumeric. ...

Only dealers are allowed to make TO sell. Any LFAO can manufacture a firearm, just not for other people. If you make one for yourself, then sell it at a later date for whatever reason, then you’d...

In NZ you are not allowed to transfer ownership of a firearm without a serial number, I think that is the specific law. If you made yourself a gun, it's OK not to have a number on it AFAIK. ...

It's very distinctive when someone is shooting in your direction, very sharp crack.

How do you positively confirm it was shooting? I’m struggling to work out how someone could be so certain when your laying on a surfboard (limited field of view) with the ocean in your ears.

Oi, some of us ferals that grew up in that area aren't that feral and are only a little bit inbred.

Maybe the cops should have a walk around that patch of bush and see what else in growing in there.

22LR needs between 7-10" of barrel to reach velocity. some of the "ruger" mags on sale are not the real thing, in fact there are so many clone mags out there they give the 10/22 a bad rep.
